IF ANY TERMS OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AGREEMENT CONFLICT WITH THE TERMS OF THESE SERVICE LEVEL COMMITMENTS, THE TERMS OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AGREEMENT SHALL GOVERN.

NINJIO PLATFORM AND SERVICES. NINJIO will provide Customer with US English technical support services via both telephone and email during NINJIO’s normal business hours ("Support Hours") Monday through Friday from 6:00am – 6:00pm US Pacific Time (excluding major US holidays) and subject to the Terms and Conditions. Customer may initiate a helpdesk ticket during Support Hours by logging a ticket in the NINJIO Help Center (ninjio.com/help-center), calling 805-864-1999 or emailing support@ninjio.com. NINJIO will use commercially reasonable efforts to respond to all helpdesk tickets within one (1) business day.
